Refund Policy

1. Canceling a subscription

You can cancel from the billing page at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless local law requires otherwise, the current paid period remains active through its scheduled end date.

2. Refund eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed under applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase. Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged in error, experienced a duplicate charge, or could not access the service because of a verified technical issue.

3. Information to include

Email support@fifa14browser.lol with the Google sign-in address, the plan name, purchase date and any Stripe receipt or transaction reference. Do not send full card numbers or payment credentials.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary, and we cannot control the time a financial institution takes to post a refund.
